You can book online or directly at one of our airport counters. Then, two options are available:
– Drop off your luggage at the SafeBag counter at the airport
– Leave it at your hotel reception, where it will be picked up by our team
Your luggage is then safely transported to the destination of your choice: either your hotel or the airport.
There’s nothing you need to manage everything is handled by the hotel staff or the SafeBag service center. There’s no need to wait for the delivery. You’ll receive an email notification with a real-time tracking link and will be informed as soon as your luggage is delivered.

How does hotel baggage drop-off work?
Leave your luggage at the hotel reception and inform them that our driver will come to collect it.
Our staff will then pick it up directly from the reception.
Please remember to notify the hotel staff of our scheduled pickup.
How long before my flight should I drop off my luggage?
Your luggage must be dropped off at your hotel reception no later than the time specified during your booking.
Pickup times are fixed and cannot be changed, so it is essential to strictly respect the drop-off deadline.
Any delay may prevent your luggage from being picked up and delivered to the airport on time.
Your luggage is automatically covered by our insurance in the event of loss or theft occurring under the responsibility of Hotel Bagage Service (Bagizy). Compensation can reach up to 4,000€ per bag, excluding undeclared valuables.
