Book your service online, then leave your luggage at the reception of your hotel or schedule a pickup time if you’re staying in an Airbnb. Bagizy collects your bags and transports them safely to Nice Airport. Real-time tracking and insurance are included. Your luggage is then stored securely with SafeBag (Terminal 1 or 2), ready to be picked up whenever you wish.

In just a few clicks on our website, book your luggage transfer to the airport. You can book until the morning of your departure, before 12 PM.
2. We take charge of your luggage
Drop off your luggage at your hotel reception before 12 PM, or at the agreed time if you’re staying in an Airbnb.

You can book online or directly at one of our airport counters. Then, two options are available:
– Drop off your luggage at the SafeBag counter at the airport
– Leave it at your hotel reception, where it will be picked up by our team
Your luggage is then safely transported to the destination of your choice: either your hotel or the airport.
There’s nothing you need to manage everything is handled by the hotel staff or the SafeBag service center. There’s no need to wait for the delivery. You’ll receive an email notification with a real-time tracking link and will be informed as soon as your luggage is delivered.

The hotel will provide you with tags to fill out, on which you must write your name, phone number, and the airport terminal of your departure. Each piece of luggage must have its own tag. Once the tags are securely attached to your luggage, simply leave them at the hotel reception. Our team will then collect them directly from there.
How long before my flight should I drop off my luggage?
Your luggage must be dropped off at your hotel reception no later than the time specified during your booking.
Pickup times are fixed and cannot be changed, so it is essential to strictly respect the drop-off deadline.
Any delay may prevent your luggage from being picked up and delivered to the airport on time.
Your luggage is automatically covered by our insurance in the event of loss or theft occurring under the responsibility of Hotel Bagage Service (Bagizy). Compensation can reach up to 4,000€ per bag, excluding undeclared valuables.
